Cancellation policy

The course fee (payable in full before the first class of your course) guarantees your place in each individual class held for that course.

Taylor Veterinary Practice is under no obligation to provide classes or a refund when owners are unable to attend.

Sick dogs are not permitted to attend class, however, we would encourage owners to come along without their dog.

In the rare event that Taylor Veterinary Practice needs to cancel a class, an alternative class will be provided. However, we cannot guarantee that the substitute class will be held on the same day or at the same time.
